Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 1463 Reo Ave, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 (MLS / listing reference CFR-8HTS06AE5BAHM4) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $144,900 (asking $144,900). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $1,449 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.

Financing: Conventional, 25.0% down, 30-year fixed. Pre-qualification letter to be provided within 5 business days; financing contingency of 21 days.
