Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 9951 Stephen Richards Memorial Dr Unit Sp 99, Juneau, AK 99801 (MLS / listing reference CFR-9HAFXRB83VN5PE) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $105,000 (asking $105,000). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $1,050 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.

Financing: Conventional, 25.0% down, 30-year fixed. Pre-qualification letter to be provided within 5 business days; financing contingency of 21 days.

Contingencies:
