I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 205 E Santa Clara St, Hebbronville, TX 78361 (MLS / listing reference CFR-C4MF756RXVRRY5) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $83,853 (asking $83,853). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.
