I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 18119 Davie Dr, Hammond, LA 70454 (MLS / listing reference CFR-C563244BEWSC92) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $104,000 (asking $104,000). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $1,040 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.

Financing: Conventional, 25.0% down, 30-year fixed. Pre-qualification letter to be provided within 5 business days; financing contingency of 21 days.
