Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 7441 3rd St, Wade, NC 28395 (MLS / listing reference CFR-PCY4MHCXYRHYCP) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $58,900 (asking $58,900). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $589 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.
