I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 2315 Butler Dr, Orange, TX 77630 (MLS / listing reference CFR-RQ61AE7PK693BV) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $85,000 (asking $85,000). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $850 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.
