I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 11544 Maple Ave, Naples, NY 14512 (MLS / listing reference CFR-4PCK4629FW4XDR) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $59,000 (asking $59,000). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $590 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.
