Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 140 Enfield St, Hartford, CT 06112 (MLS / listing reference CFR-75JBQG2DF7TZYN) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $509,900 (asking $509,900). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $5,099 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.
