I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 245 Golfview Dr, Hilltop Lakes, TX 77871 (MLS / listing reference CFR-F9PD9035Y6JFC0) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $81,280 (asking $81,280). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $813 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.

Financing: Conventional, 25.0% down, 30-year fixed. Pre-qualification letter to be provided within 5 business days; financing contingency of 21 days.
