Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 8531 Mississippi 481, Polkville, MS 39152 (MLS / listing reference CFR-QQP43VFZ7XM2YG) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $65,000 (asking $65,000). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $650 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.
