Letter of Intent — Real Estate Purchase

I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 227 W Glencove Ave, Northfield, NJ 08225 (MLS / listing reference CFR-R5E9ZP04P1YV2J) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $549,777 (asking $549,777). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.

Earnest money deposit: $5,498 to be deposited with title within 3 business days of mutual acceptance.

Financing: Conventional, 25.0% down, 30-year fixed. Pre-qualification letter to be provided within 5 business days; financing contingency of 21 days.

Contingencies:
