I am writing to submit a non-binding offer to purchase the property located at 2764 W 95th Pl, Evergreen Park, IL 60805 (MLS / listing reference CFR-VMR06847HGECBV) on the terms outlined below.

Purchase price: $188,700 (asking $188,700). I am happy to share the underlying assumptions.
