This Privacy Policy explains what CashFlowRE collects, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — email, display name, and authentication identifiers (including from OAuth providers if you sign in with them).
- Usage data — searches, saved searches, favorites, hidden listings, recently-viewed properties, and feature interactions, used to personalize your feed.
- Billing data — subscription status and processor identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — IP address, device/browser info, and log data, used for security, rate limiting, and bot/abuse prevention.

2. How we use it
To provide and personalize the Service, process payments, secure the platform (including bot and abuse detection), communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests, and contractual necessity as applicable.
3. How we share it
We share data with service providers acting on our behalf — payment processing (Stripe), hosting/infrastructure, bot protection (e.g. reCAPTCHA, subject to Google's privacy terms), and analytics — under contract. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data to comply with law or protect our rights.
4. Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
Subject to your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can delete your account at any time.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls, rate limiting). No method is perfectly secure.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
